30-Day Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
For change-of-mind returns, we generally offer an exchange or store credit rather than a cash refund, unless a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
If your return or exchange request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Where applicable, we may also provide a return shipping label.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Please email contact@isolabellafashion.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or other suitable solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm whether the exchange has been approved. If approved, we will process the exchange as follows:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Exchanges may be made for an item of equal, lesser, or greater value.
- If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the price difference.
- If the new item costs less, we may issue the difference as store credit unless otherwise required by law.
- The exchanged item will be sent to the shipping address provided.
- The exchange process typically takes up to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Store Credit
For eligible change-of-mind returns where an exchange is not requested or available, we may issue store credit.
Store credit can be used towards a future purchase on Isolabella and is not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Refunds and Statutory Rights
For change-of-mind returns outside any statutory cancellation rights, we generally offer exchanges or store credit rather than cash refunds.
However, this policy does not limit your legal rights. Where applicable law gives you the right to cancel an order, request a refund, or receive a remedy for faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrect goods, we will honour those rights.
If a refund is required by law, we will process it to your original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or otherwise required by law. These may include:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Hygiene-sensitive items where the hygiene seal or protective strip has been removed, where applicable
Sale items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges unless required by law.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
